Hyderabad-based · Journeys across India

India,
planned around you.

Tell us where you want to go, who you're travelling with and what matters to you. We'll help shape the journey.

One possible route. Yours will look different — that's rather the point.

The planning problem

Travel is exciting.
Planning it isn't always.

One trip can involve dozens of decisions — the route, the order, the stays, the drives, the timing, and what each person travelling actually needs. We bring them together.

Routes

The order of places, which decides how the trip feels.

Stays

Location first, then comfort — in that order.

Transport

Vehicles and drivers matched to the road and the group.

Experiences

Fewer, better, timed properly.

Timing

Season, light and opening hours.

Support

Someone reachable while you travel.

Every itinerary we send has been argued over by a person who has driven the road.

The JP Travels difference

Not just a trip.
A trip that fits you.

The same destination makes a completely different journey depending on who is travelling. That is the part we plan for first.

01

Your people

Children, elders, friends — the group shapes the plan.

02

Your pace

Full days or empty ones. Both are valid trips.

03

Your budget

We plan inside what you tell us, honestly.

04

Your comfort

Drives, stays and transfers planned to be easy.

05

Your interests

Temples, food, wildlife, photography — your reasons.

06

Your way

Change anything, at any point.

Discover India by feeling

How do you want India to feel?

Start with the mood rather than the map. Every one of these opens an idea, not a catalogue.

India — visually

Six regions. One country that changes every few hundred kilometres.

Pick a region to see where we plan journeys. Every route here can be shaped around your dates, your group and your pace.

How JP Travels works

You don't need to know everything before you contact us.

Most travellers reach us with a destination and a rough month. That is genuinely enough to begin.

  1. 01

    Tell us your idea

Even a half-formed one. A destination and rough dates is enough to start.

  2. 02

    We understand your needs

Who's travelling, what matters, what you'd rather avoid.

  3. 03

    We shape the itinerary

Route, pacing, stays and transport, built around your group.

  4. 04

    You review & refine

Change anything. Plans should fit you, not the other way round.

  5. 05

    We coordinate the journey

Arrivals, transfers, stays and drivers held together in one plan.

  6. 06

    You travel

The part you were actually looking forward to.

  7. 07

    We stay connected

Reachable while you're on the road, if anything shifts.

Stories from the road

Real people. Real journeys.

The strongest thing we can show you isn't a claim about ourselves — it's the travellers who came back and asked us to plan the next one.

A couple photographed together among greenery on their anniversary trip to Kerala

Kerala

“The journey, not the arrival, matters.” — T.S. Eliot. We wanted to celebrate the journey of our 20 years of togetherness and what can be the best way to do it than going on a vacation. So this time we choose the God's own country (Kerala). The moment we think of vacation we think of JP Travels. They had curated our earlier vacation too, so for us it was just packing our bags and hopping on to the flight. The rest of the arrangements were all looked after by them. The drive from the time we landed at Cochin to the time we headed back home was a very comfortable one with a cool driver who showed us all the places and also explained things to us with utmost patience. The resorts that we stayed in had all the amenities and was a comfortable stay. All in all it was an awesome and memorable vacation. The feather on the cap was the cake that was delivered to us on our anniversary as a special surprise which made our day all the more special. All thanks to Ms. Vimala and JP travels.

North India & Kerala

Hi Vimala, You were so great at organizing our trips to both North India and Kerala. We had a wonderful time and saw a lot of really cool places. We also got to learn a lot about Indian history! Not only were our guides and accommodations amazing, but you went above and beyond in caring for my family. You helped my grandparents completely reorganize their itinerary on a dime after they fell sick. You turned what could have been a disaster into a very successful adventure. We really appreciate how you made sure they were always cared for whether we were by their side or across the country from them. I would recommend your service to anyone traveling within India!
Kevin and Ida photographed together while sightseeing in Hyderabad

Hyderabad

We planned to visit Hyderabad for the first two days of the India v England cricket test match. We decided on staying for six days in order to see something of the rest of Hyderabad. We were able to cover all the prominent places in Hyderabad. We particularly enjoyed seeing the Charminar, Chowmahalla Palace and the Qutb Shahi Tombs which were in a truly remarkable state for 17th century Royal tombs. Ramoji Film City was fascinating, but we realised we could never match the moves shown by the dancers. Our first guide, Vijay was very knowledgeable and helpful to us. Hyderabad should be on the tourist trail for foreign visitors to India. Thank you for your help Vimala, we have really appreciated all the effort that has gone into giving us an enjoyable and special time in Hyderabad.

Agra & Kerala

We are most grateful to Mrs. Vimala of JP Travels Hyderabad for making our trip to Agra and Kerala so memorable. She actually went an “extra mile” to adjust our schedules twice and accommodated last minute changes without any hassle. Overall it was indeed a wonderful experience and a 'taste' of some of the beautiful and special parts of North & South India. The Tajmahal, Back waters of Kerala, House boat, Jatayu Earth Centre, Palace, Synagogue and the coconut museum were all amazing and incredible. I wish you good luck Vimala Jai Prakash.

The human side

Someone is actually thinking about your journey.

JP Travels is a small team of people who plan trips by hand — from Sanathnagar in Hyderabad and Narayanapuram in Madurai. When you message us, you reach a person who will remember your trip.

  • How we plan

We ask about the people travelling before we talk about places.

  • Why the details matter

Walking distances, drive times and check-in hours decide how a trip feels.

  • How we communicate

On WhatsApp, in plain language, and while you're travelling too.

Team photographs and profiles are added here as JP Travels supplies them.

Custom India travel

Your trip doesn't need to fit a package.

Tell us what you're imagining. We'll help you build around it.

Not sure where to start? That's okay — a destination and rough dates is enough.
